 Server Policy
Web accounts are to be used by the primary owner only. Account holders
are not permitted to resell, store or give away Web hosting services
of their Web site to other parties. Web hosting services are defined
as allowing a separate, third party to host content on the owner's
Web site. Exceptions to this include banners ads, classified ads,
and personal ads.
mickwood.com reserves the right to refuse service and / or access
to its servers to anyone.
Prohibitions
mickwood.com expressly prohibits any server use for distribution,
storing, processing, or otherwise handling in any way the following:
- Unauthorized Commercial files - including copyrighted works,
commercial audio, video, or music files, and any other material
which contravenes relevant laws and regulations.
- Adult material - Includes all pornography, profanity, erotic
images, or otherwise lewd or obscene content. The designation of
'adult material' is left entirely to the discretion of mickwood.com.
- Warez - Includes pirated software, ROMS, emulators, phreaking,
hacking, password cracking. IP spoofing, etc., and encrypting of
any of the above. Also includes any sites which provide "links
to" or "how to" information about such material.
- Spam - This includes sending unsolicited junk mail through our
mail servers, and / or referencing any content hosted on our servers
in a spam email message or spam newsgroup posting.
Violation of these server use policies will result in immediate
account suspension and / or termination. There are no refunds for
any account terminated for violating server use policies. In addition
to the above, mickwood.com may designate, at its sole discretion,
other content and / or server use to be inappropriate. If you have

Data Transfer
We want our customers to build and grow their Web site without
having to worry about usage restrictions and usage surcharges. We
will recommend
the hosting account we think most appropriate for each customers
needs.
In rare cases we may find a customer using server resources in
excess of their hosting plan limits. In such instances we reserve
the right (on a case-by-case basis) to require subscription to a
higher level hosting plan.
Web Space
"Disk Storage" uses, such as archiving email, software
or other high volume file collections (i.e. sound, music, videos,
photos, etc.) and / or creating backup Webs on our servers is permitted
provided you keep within your Web space limits. Again, where customers
exceed their Web space limits, we reserve the right (on a case-by-case
basis) to require subscription to a higher level hosting plan.
File Backups
mickwood.com do NOT guarantee to keep backups of customer files
once they are uploaded to our Web servers. By signing up with mickwood.com
YOU accept the responsibility of making backup copies of your files.
This can easily be accomplished through your cPanel PERSONAL CONTROL PANEL.
