Option 2: Site
Maintenance Agreement (SMA)
This option may be best if you intend to make fairly regular updates
to your site.
For a set monthly fee mickwood.com will take care of all your
website maintenance. This includes site updates ,
changes, and adding of new
features.
If
you need more time than is included in your SMA
the extra hours are simply added to your account and billed seperately.
SMA's are renewable on an annual basis.
Monthly payment must
be by Direct Debit or you may choose to pay annually by cheque
in advance.
Annual payment entitles you
to 2
months discount - you only pay for 10 months.
Plan 1
1 hour per month @ £30.00 per hour = £30 per month or
£300 per annum (saving £60).
Plan 2
2 hours per month @ £27.50 per hour = £55 per month
or £550 per annum (saving £110).
Plan 3
3 hours per month @ £25.00 per hour = £75 per month or
£750 per annum (saving £150).
If your site maintenance consistently requires more time than
your plan allows we will recommend upgrading to a higher plan.
This
will
save you
money as you will qualify for cheaper rates.
If you consistently use less time than your plan allows we will
carry forward unused hours to add to your new (revised) plan.
You do not need to have a web hosting account with mickwood.com
to enter into a SMA. In such cases
you will need to provide FTP and password details so that we can
upload material to your server.
