1. How long does it take to register a domain
name?
When your domain name has been registered/transferred, it will take 1 to 72 hours for it propagate around the entire internet. During the propagation process, your newly registered/transferred domain is being updated by the various Internet providers.
mickwood.com has no control over this process.

3. Where can I see my website statistics?
To
view your web site stats go to your Control Panel (www.yourdomain.com/cpanel)
and click on the Metrics section. From there you will be able
to access statistics for visitors, bandwidth, logfiles, errors, etc.
4. How can I tell how much Bandwidth / Data Transfer / Disk Usage I have used?
You can view a summary of your data transfer (and other) statistics from within your Control
Panel via the Statistics Panel on the right hand side of the cPanel 'home page. (www.yourdomain.com/cpanel/)
5. How do I upgrade/ downgrade/ cancel my account?
Simply send an email to mick@mickwood.com with details of your
request. No fee is charged for processing upgrades or downgrades. Please
note that cancellations may take up to seven days to process after you submit
your
cancellation request but they are generally processed within 24 hours.
6. How do I update my contact and billing information?
mickwood.com accepts payments made via BACS, Cheque, PayPal & cash. We currently do not take Visa, MasterCard, American Express or electronic checks.

8. What do I do if I lose my cPanel login information?
mickwood.com can create a new password for you. Please note that we do not keep records of client passwords as they are encrypted.
Please contact mick@mickwood.com with your password reset request. In your message please include your domain name and your date of birth.
9. At what point is my account suspended/cancelled if my account is overdue?
We invoice our clients well in advance of their account renewal date so there really is no excuse for not paying on time. Nevertheless we understand that sometimes things happen beyond your control. The key thing is communication - if you are having problems let us know and we can come to some arrangement.
If we don't hear from you then your account will be suspended pretty much straight away. If we don't hear from you within 10 days your account will be cancelled.
if your account has been suspended please email mick@mickwood.com to arrange to have your balance paid and your account reactivated.
